FAQ

How many guests can you host?

Up to 300 standing across the two rooms. Tell us your headcount and we will suggest the right setup.

Do guests have to come through the hotel?

No. Music For A While has a separate lobby entrance and private elevator access, so an event downstairs never crosses the hotel.

Can you do food and drinks?

Yes. Catering and beverage packages are in-house: open bar packages, passed canapés, stationed platters or a family style dinner.

What does it cost?

Packages are priced per guest and move with the day of the week, season and scope, so we send a tailored proposal rather than a rate card.

How quickly will I hear back?

Our events team replies within one business day with availability, sample menus and a proposal.

Can we book the rest of the building too?

Yes. The Hotel Alameda also has Creatures Rooftop on the tenth floor and the Lobby Bar & Garden at street level, and the whole building can be booked together.
